Spot the scam

Entering into a real estate transaction or renting a home can create pressure on an individual, and  with today’s competitive real estate market individuals may find themselves in a situation to act impulsively and quickly so as to not lose that perfect home. Often this is what scam artists are hoping for and they are waiting to take advantage of your situation. Though there are many real estate scams out there, if you take your time you can spot them before you become entangled in the scam.
