The HOA Homeowners' Rights Task Force will hold a public meeting via Webinar on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. (MT).

On May 24, 2023, Governor Polis signed HB23-1105 into law. This bill creates two task forces aimed to investigate and present written reports on issues affecting those that work or live in HOAs in Colorado.
