The Division of Real Estate is pleased to announce that the 2026 Commission-approved contracts and forms have been released for educational purposes.
This year, the Colorado Real Estate Commission approved updates to 21 existing forms and created 2 new forms. All of these changes have a mandatory use date of January 1, 2026. Therefore, these changes are not to be implemented immediately, but rather, are being provided to licensees for review between now and December 31, 2025, so that licensees are aware of the changes in advance of their implementation.
