The Division of Real Estate would like to announce that David L. Donnelly is the new HOA Information Officer and will be heading up the HOA Information and Resource Center starting at the beginning of April.
As an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, he brings his experience in small business formation, operations, compliance, and contracts to the Division. After working in private practice and for a large real estate brokerage for several years, David hopes to assist homeowners, board members, and the public navigate the sometimes-complex rules and regulations of Colorado HOAs.
David is looking forward to his new role with the Division in helping to educate HOA board members and homeowners concerning their rights and responsibilities of living in an HOA.
