HOA Forum: Association Meetings

The HOA Information & Resource Center is regularly asked questions about the types of meetings that associations may hold, when they are required to hold them, and how to conduct those meetings. The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”) addresses some of these issues, while association governing documents address others.
 

Whether you are a homeowner or a board member, better understanding the purpose and process for association meetings will assist associations across the state.
