Your application must be properly completed.
- Applicants are required to answer all applicable questions associated with this application.
- Applicants are required to produce and upload all documentation as requested.
- It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide documentation as required and failure to provide all required documentation may result in the denial of the application and the loss of all fees paid.
Employing Real Estate Company (EC)
This is a Corporation, partnership or limited liability company that does not currently have a real estate license and employs brokers. The Company must have an active Responsible Broker designated.
If you are applying for a Employing Company License you must have created the online Registered user account under the Company's business name. (Example: "ABC Real Estate")
Independent Real Estate Company (IC)
Independent corporation, partnership or limited liability company that does not currently have a real estate license and does not employ brokers. Company must have an active Responsible Broker designated.
If you are applying for a Independent Company License you must have created the online Registered user account under the Company's business name. (Example: "ABC Real Estate")
Insurance Requirements
If you have employees You must have a current E&O insurance policy in place before obtaining an active license.
