Previous versions made available on the Division of Real Estate’s website did not contain Commission-approved language and the Division apologizes for any inconvenience.
The clean and redline versions of the documents have been updated for the newly revised Seller’s Property Disclosure for (a) Commercial, (b) Land, and (c) Residential transactions.
Whether you plan to use the forms in your own practice or if you are an education provider who has received approval to teach a 2023 forms course, please be sure to update your document libraries. For education providers, there is no need to resubmit your 2023 forms course for approval.
