As a DPOS approved educator, you are likely aware that PSI is the real estate broker examination contractor for the State of Colorado real estate salesperson exam. PSI has recently released the results of its job analysis survey. The survey was completed by licensees in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. In reviewing the results of this survey, it might be helpful to understand that results for the State of Colorado are reflected in the “Salesperson” examination, and not the “Broker” examination.
