The HOA Information & Resource Center will hold a webinar on the Nuts and Bolts of Filing HOA Complaints. An important part of the HOA Information & Resource Office’s mandate is the receipt, processing, and tracking of complaints.  While the majority of complaints are received by the HOA Center from homeowners, complaints are also received from board members, attorneys, Community Association Managers, real estate professionals, and other affected parties. No matter what type of complainant you might be, understanding how to file a complaint and what the information submitted is used for is an important step in the process.
